RIPO dock PT

PT dock leveller is supplied together with the frame and is a compact structure that is installed as a whole in a prepared seat in one step.

There is no need to apply any additional supports at the installation place. Advantages of this type of structure include: significant installation cost saving and the possibility to dock commercial vehicles with so-called "tail lift". Load capacity of PT dock leveller corresponds to load from the fork-lift truck, taking into account the most advantageous load case. 

Electro-hydraulic dock leveller of PT type is operated by means of push-buttons of the control system.

After raising the platform of the device to the selected height, one can precisely extend the lip to the desired length, which is then placed on the vehicle bed. This is an important advantage of that solution as it enabled loading/unloading of vehicles that do not accurately match the dock. Thus repeated, time-consuming docking can be avoided.
